Though international cricket resumed in July the Indian cricketers were confined to homes due to the ever rising COVID-19 cases in the country. Finally, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has come to save the year for the fans who were striving for cricket since March. And their favourite superstar players are taking the field after a long break. The IPL is set to commence from September 19 with Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) locking horns in the opener.
Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni wil be facing each other in the first game and a lot of T20 superstars will be in action in this game. The likes of Suresh Raina and Lasith Malinga are missing but the excitement quotient remains the same and it might get tricky some times while making the Dream11 Fantasy teams. So many players with high credits will be taking the field on Saturday and here we bring you the must-have players in your Fantasy team.
Here are the three must-pick players for Dream11 Fantasy:
1. Hardik Pandya (9.5 credits)
Hardik Pandya is available for 9.5 credits but he can be a very much valuable pick. All-rounders tend to give more points in Fantasy Cricket and Hardik is the perfect pick for this match. He will mostly bat at five and will get around 8-9 overs to have a go at the bowlers and then will also bowl his quota of four overs. Last season, he scored 402 runs in 15 innings and also picked 14 wickets and there is no reason why one should not pick him in Fantasy team.
2. Ravindra Jadeja (8.5 credits)
Ravindra Jadeja is that sort of a player whom you might think of not having but he will end up churning out a lot of Fantasy points. With MS Dhoni coming in at four, Jadeja will bat at six this time and have a role to play especially in the last 5-6 overs. Add to it his four crucial overs with the ball on the slow Abu Dhabi pitch. He will most probably pick a couple of wickets at least with his accuracy alone with the ball.
3. Rahul Chahar (8 credits)
This name might surprise many when other big players are there. But Rahul Chahar is a leg-spinner and wrist spinners tend to trouble CSK batsmen more often. Last year he conceded only 32 in six overs he bowled at CSK batsmen. Though he didn’t pick a wicket in both the matches, this time around the pitch will also be a bit helpful and the leggie will definitely once or twice at least.
