The 44th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will see action between the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Super Sunday doubleheader at the Dubai International Stadium, Dubai.

Leading a highly uncharacteristic campaign this year, MS Dhoni’s brigade has been struggling to get victories. Despite starting their run with a victory over Mumbai Indians in the tournament opener, CSK has continuously been falling into a pit that seems to have no bottom. With just six points in eleven games, they have been knocked out of the tournament and barring a near-impossible equation for their entry, their camp must be already looking towards the next year.

On the other hand, Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has put up an inspirational show and is placed at number three in the points tally. With most of their bases covered, the team has fired in unison and with 14 points in their bag, the Bold Army looks all set for the playoff qualification. Given their consistent show this year, RCB must fancy its chances to seal the playoff berth against CSK on Sunday at the Dubai International Stadium.

For you to be able to pick the perfect Dream11 team, here are three players you must include for the RCB vs CSK game:

Virat Kohli (10.5 credits)

Arguably one of the finest players in the generation, Virat Kohli’s inclusion needs no justification. The leading run-scorer in the history of the league, now also holds the record for having most runs as a captain. Though Kohli made a slow start to the tournament this time, he bounced back well and has not looked back ever since. Mind you, this is a season most are terming to be an average season for him, and yet Kohli is amongst the top 10 scorers, sitting at the 8th spot in the race of Orange Cap contenders with 365 runs at 60.83 and a couple of half-centuries this season.

AB de Villiers (10 credits)

Another marvellous player in any format, ABD is almost an automatic selection in the team. Then be it the real team or Fantasy! His magical abilities with the bat, quick running between the wickets, gun fielding, and brilliant glove-work make him a force in himself. With 285 runs in 9 innings at an average of 57.00, ABD has lit up another edition of the IPL. More importantly, he has struck at a magnificent 190.

Sam Curran (9.5 credits)

Not many players have been stepping up for the Chennai Super Kings this year. But if there has been one, it has to be Sam Curran. Even in the last game, where CSK lost by 10 wickets against MI, it was Curran’s knock and a record ninth-wicket partnership alongside Imran Tahir, that led his team to an under par, though a respectable total of 114 for 9 after CSK was looking all set for posting an embarrassing total. In 10 innings, Curran has scored 173 runs and has also bagged bagged 10 wickets.
