The 52-day long Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 will conclude on Tuesday when the defending champions Mumbai Indians will face the first time finalists Delhi Capitals. The two finalists were the teams that finished at the top two positions during the league phase. While the young Capitals aim for their maiden title, the Rohit Sharma-led side eyes for their 5th title in eight seasons. Mumbai will obviously be the favourites going into this fixture as they defeated Delhi on three occasions this season.

Here are all the key stats and numbers ahead of the big final between Mumbai and Delhi teams:

4 – The first qualifier was the 4th occasion in the IPL where Quinton de Kock and Kieron Pollard got out in the bowling of Ravi Ashwin. De Kock scored 68 from 56 balls against Ashwin thus far while Pollard made 51 off 34 balls. The off-spinner also dismissed Rohit Sharma for the 2nd time in his IPL career.


4Mumbai Indians have won each of their last four meetings against the Delhi Capitals in the IPL; their longest winning streak in the league against the Delhi franchise. Before this streak, the MI team suffered a hat-trick of defeats in the hands of the Delhi franchise (DD/DC).


5 – Rishabh Pant has been dismissed by Jasprit Bumrah on five instances in the IPL thus far. Pant faced 31 balls in the IPL against Bumrah and scored 32 runs with help of two fours and two sixes.


6/6Rohit Sharma has a 100% win record while leading in the Twenty20 finals. He has led India in the victorious Nidahas Trophy final and Mumbai Indians to five titles (four in IPL and one in CLT20) thus far. In fact, Rohit ended up on the winning side in nine of the ten finals he was ever part of in the Twenty20 format.


198 – Kieron Pollard is only two sixes away from completing 200 sixes in the IPL. Pollard will only be the 6th player also the first player for Mumbai Indians to hit 200 IPL sixes if he hits those two sixes on Tuesday.


200 – The MI vs DC finale on Tuesday will mark the 200th appearance in the IPL for Rohit Sharma. The MI skipper is set to be just the 2nd player in IPL history to feature in 200 matches after MS Dhoni (204).


200 – Quinton de Kock will also complete 200 appearances in the Twenty20 format during the MI vs DC final. The keeper-batsman is also just seven runs away from completing 6000 runs in T20 cricket. De Kock also needs another 61 runs to complete 2000 runs in the IPL.


248 – Ravichandran Ashwin needs two more wickets to become the 3rd Indian to reach 250 T20 wickets after Piyush Chawla (257) and Amit Mishra (256).


3992 – Rohit Sharma needs eight more runs to become the first player to complete 4000 runs for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL. Rohit has scored 2957 runs alone while leading the MI team in the IPL and needs 43 more to complete 3000 IPL runs as captain. Sharma also needs 96 runs to become just the 2nd Indian to reach 9000 T20 runs.
