Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni are all set to come head to head against each other as their teams, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings meet in an IPL 2021 league match at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. This match is likely to be high-scoring but for you to win amazing fantasy points, it is important to know which players are more likely to give you better results in fantasy cricket.

Here are three players you should avoid in the match between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore:

1. Ravindra Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja is one of the most valuable players to any captain. He can do mostly everything and that too quite well. However, it should be noted that he doesn’t always give enough value to fantasy cricket fans. On this wicket in Wankhede, he is unlikely to get a lot of wickets.

On top of that, he doesn’t come to bat in the early part of the innings, which restricts him from getting a lot of runs. Avoiding Ravindra Jadeja won’t be a bad idea, at least for this match. You should keep in mind that there are all-rounders in this match like Moeen Ali and Glenn Maxwell who are more likely to play a more important role for their team.

2. Suresh Raina

The left-handed batsman has been slotted at no. 4 in this Chennai Super Kings team. While he is capable of playing  that role, it seems that he might not get a lot of time to bat.

Given the pitch, the top order batsmen are likely to do well, which keeps the middle-order players not sure about the time when they will come out to bat. Additionally, in this season of the IPL, we have seen that Raina has been struggling to cope with short pitch bowling, which is something RCB will surely target him with.

3. Shahbaz Ahmed

Shahbaz Ahmed turned around a match in RCB’s favor earlier in this tournament. But, he has not played any part in the next two matches. The young all-rounder didn’t get a chance to bowl or bat in the last two matches. His role has been defined quite well it seems.

Captain Virat Kohli is not likely to use him as a proper batsman or bowler, but he has been kept in the XI to keep up the balance. For now, everything is going RCB’s way which has not demanded Ahmed’s rescue.
