The 19-year-old Akash Singh is still very young but has already shown his mettle on the world stage. The bowler from Rajasthan was a part of the Indian U19 team at the 2021 U19 World Cup and was impressive whenever he walked out onto the park.

Singh with his raw pace can bring some fresh energy into the CSK set-up and run into bowl fast with a nothing to fear attitude. He can be unleashed with the new ball as his novelty factor could work well to the team’s advantage with not many batters in the IPL facing the bowler in the past.

MS Dhoni who has been a mentor to many young cricketers over his illustrious playing career could bring out the best in the bowler with his astute understanding of the game.
