Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan hasn’t got a place in any of the ten teams. He has been a part of the IPL since 2011 and has been a loyal Knight of the Kolkata franchise for eight years. He also was a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team.

Shakib has played a total of 71 IPL matches scoring 793 runs at a strike rate of 124.48. With the ball, he has picked 63 wickets at an amazing economy of 7.43. He is an experienced all-rounder and a well-proven commodity.

However, none of the teams bid for him this year and was one amongst the unsold players. But one of the major reasons for him to go unsold could be his unavailability for the entire season. So, if any team needs a replacement for an all-rounder and if the time favours him, we could expect him to play this IPL.
