The Aussie great, David Warner is the leading overseas run-scorer in the IPL with over 5800 runs. He played a key role in the SRH’s title victory in the 2016 season. However, he was dropped from the side due to average performance with 195 runs in eight appearances in the last edition.

After being snubbed from the side, he was not retained by the franchise as well. The Delhi Capitals (DC) availed his services, which certainly helped the side to do well in IPL 2022. Arriving a little late, Warner has accumulated 427 runs in 11 innings at an average of 53.38.

In this pursuit, the 35-year has scored five fifties and has a top score of 92*. Throughout the season, Warner has played an anchor role for Capitals, which has helped the team to still have a chance to qualify for the playoffs.
