IPL 9, Match 21: KXIP v MI – Statistical Highlights

Mumbai Indians registered their 3rd win in IPL 9 as they defeated Kings XI Punjab by 25 runs at the PCA Stadium, Mohali. After being put into bat first, MI put on 189/6 in their 20 overs. Despite Rohit getting out for a duck, a big stand from Parthiv Patel and Ambati Rayudu took MI towards 200. However, MI failed to get past the 200 mark.

KXIP lost a couple of early wickets in the chase. Shaun Marsh and Glenn Maxwell scored well but couldn’t get along with the required run rate and got out.
