Virat Kohli said: “We certainly got to step up on the table. We need a better effort with the ball. The guys are looking to do well. We have got some personnel challenges for ourselves. Now that we have lost the toss, we will be looking to bowl well. The toss is not in our hands. It is very difficult to find the right combination, when you are not winning games. Chris Gayle is back. Stuart Binny comes in for Kedar Jadhav. Sreenath Aravind is in. Chahal replaces Parvez Rasool.”

After winning the toss KKR skipper Gautam Gambhir said: “We are looking to bowl. Obviously, it is a chasing ground and batting is their strength. Hopefully we can try and restrict them and chase it down. Have been very fortunate to captain KKR in 100 games. What we do today is very important. Bangalore is always a good wicket. Looks to be a good batting track. We have got Chris Lynn, Morne Morkel and Manish Pandey in.”
