KKR skipper Gautam Gambhir said: “We were looking to bowl as well, we are a decent chasing side. Hopefully, we can restrict them and chase it down. We have made three changes. Hastings is injured, Hoggy (Brad Hogg) is down with food poisoning. Shakib and Morne Morkel are in. I forgot the third change (smiles).”

The toss swung in favor of the home team and skipper David Warner after winning the toss said: “We are going to bat first. I don’t think the wicket will change much. It’s pretty hot out here, so runs on the board are going to be crucial. We want to make this our fortress. One change for us, Barinder Sran replaces injured Ashish Nehra.”

In match number 8 of the IPL 9 Sunrisers Hyderabad take on Kolkata Knight Riders at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. SRH won the toss and have opted to bat first.
