On Sunday, in a Big Bash League 2019-20 match, a bizarre instance happened that hogged the spotlight as the umpire hilariously changed his decision. During the game between Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Renegades, bowler Rashid Khan appealed for leg before wicket against Beu Webster but the match official turned down the appeal in a funny fashion that left every player on the field dumbstruck. And, now, Rashid Khan has come up with his opinion over the same.

On the other hand, there have been some of the hilarious instances during the games that hogged the spotlight.
Rashid Khan shares his opinion on the hilarious instance
The hilarious instance happened in the 17th over of the innings when Rashid Khan bowled a brilliant ball and trapped Beau Webster in front of the stumps. Soon the bowler appealed for a leg-before wicket and umpire was spotted in two minds, who raised his finger to dismiss the batsman out but ended up scratching his nose. It was an amusing sight for the fans but a shocker for the onfield players. However, in the end, the match was won by Adelaide Strikers by a margin of 18 runs against Melbourne Renegades.
After the match on the sidelines, Rashid Khan in an interview said that he didn’t know that the umpire changed his decision as he was busy celebrating the wicket. The players on the field said that it’s not out and as he watched it on the big screen, he found it quite funny the way in which umpire changed his decision.
He also added the fact that it was the right thing to do as the umpire was not 100%sure.. For the leg spinner, it was a fair call and everyone should appreciate the umpire for the same. Rashid Khan registered brilliant bowling figures in the match as he grabbed two wickets giving away just 15 runs in his four overs.
