New Zealand all-rounder James Neesham is very active on social media platforms and always entertains his fans with his quirky humour. Neesham on July 3 (Sunday) came up with a hilarious post related to the ongoing tussle between the former Indian skipper Virat Kohli and England superstar Jonny Bairstow.

To note, both were involved in a heated conversation on Day 3 of the rescheduled Test match between the home team England and the visitors India. Both Kohli and Bairstow were seen having indulged in a heated conversation, which eventually resulted in Bairstow smashing the Indian bowlers all around the park.

Neesham’s tweet goes viral

“Why do opposing teams keep making Jonny Bairstow angry lol, he gets 10x better. Give him a gift basket each morning, and let him know you’re having his car valeted while he’s batting. Anything to keep him happy,” Neesham wrote on Twitter.

To note, the England team was in a spot of bother after team India scalped five wickets of the English side before the Three Lions could even cross the 100-run mark and Bairstow from the other end was seeing the downfall of his team. The right-handed batter started very cautiously in his innings, but after the heated exchange with Kohli, something about Bairstow’s batting changed as the right-handed batter activated his white-ball mode and punished every Indian bowler.

The in-form batter completed his century and single-handedly led the fighting assault for his team. To note, Bairstow was in exceptional touch in the previous series against New Zealand as he bashed the Kiwi bowlers as he was playing a T20 match. Bairstow also gave credit to the Indian Premier League (IPL) for his good form.

The rescheduled Test match between England and India is evenly poised and both teams will be looking to gain an upper hand in the span of the next two and a half days.
