Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag has made it a habit of expressing his point of views on almost any topic in his own funny, witty and straight forward manner. A day without Sehwag trolling someone seems to happen only in dreams.

However, yesterday (September 20th) he pointed out a mistake made by the Times Of India (TOI) sports news channel and trolled them through the microblogging site, Twitter. TOI shared an infographic image of the fabulous five of team India – Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, VVS Laxman and Virender Sehwag – as India is heading towards to iconic 500th Test match.

“INFOGRAPHIC – India’s #500thTest: Remembering the Fab Five @sachin_rt @SGanguly99 @virendersehwag @VVSLaxman281,” the tweet read.

The stats of Sehwag mentioned by the channel was wrong as Sehwag played 104 matches and has an average of 49.34, whereas TOI has mentioned his average as 45.97 from 103 matches.

Sehwag was quick to bounce on the error as TOI dragged it short and wide, which is always asking for trouble against the aggressive batsman. “Why reducing average from 49.34 to 45.97 .Tax kat ta hai average par bhi? And tests were 104 ,though 1 was for ROW,” Sehwag questions in a funny manner on Twitter.

India’s 500th Test match will be against New Zealand at Kanpur, which starts from September 22nd and Virat Kohli will lead the Indian side for the match. It will be the first encounter between the two sides in the 3-match Test series. India will play as many as 13 Test matches this season.

Earlier, the Twitter battle between Sehwag and Piers Morgan has gone into different heights as this is probably one of the longest exchange of words between two people in the Twitter world.
