Africa was up against England for the T20I series in recent days, where hosts Africa had to bear the whitewash 0-3. The Eoin Morgan side dominated them in every section and stole all the limelight in the T20I series. In the latest turn of events, Africa star pacer Kagiso Rabada has been ruled out of the ODI series He went down with adductor strain and will take a good amount of time to regain his best fitness and form before coming back in action.

Three weeks of complete rest had been advised for Rabada, and in the same light, he has been released from the current bio bubble. Cricket South Africa has added that Rabada has been released in order to make sure that he undergoes proper rehabilitation. He has to gear up well ahead of the two-match Test series of South Africa against Sri Lanka that will start in late December.

Dawid Malan has been named as the player of the series for his commendable performance with the bat. Rabada would be awaited eagerly before South Africa take on for their next big future assignment.
