Kagiso Rabada has cleared that he is not feeling nice after the pace spearhead of South Africa Dale Steyn was injured while bowling in Cape Town. This was the comeback Test match of the veteran and was bowling beautifully before leaving the field due to a bruised heel. The injury has already ruled out him out of the series which has put question marks over his future now. However, Rabada has urged the other pacers including himself to take 10 more wickets of the Indian side in the second innings.

The first Test between India and South Africa has been tantalisingly poised after a cracking contest on the first two days. The home side though is slightly ahead with a total lead of 142 runs and still, have eight wickets in hand. India made a stunning comeback in the first innings after they were left reeling at 92/7 on the back of Hardik Pandya who scored an attacking 93. He also came back to scalp a couple of wickets which once again gave hope to the visitors and kept them alive in the match.

We have to find a way to win

Kagiso Rabada feels that South Africa has to found a way to win the ongoing Test match now after their premier pacer was injured. Steyn stopped midway in his bowling runup while delivering his 18th over and went off the field which at first looked like an issue in his shoes. But after the scans, it was revealed that he has a bruised heel and will be away from cricket for further 4 to 6 weeks. The setback is huge for the cricketer himself as he was coming back already after a year’s gap.

“It’s never nice for Dale Steyn because he’s just come back from injury, so just feeling very sympathetic for him. “It’s not a nice thing, but we have to find a way to win this Test match. Luckily this time, we went with four seamers. So there are three seamers now that have to do the work,” Rabada told reporters in the post-match presser.
