Yuzvendra Chahal shares an emotional post

“Keep the real ones close,” wrote the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) cricketer while sharing an adorable picture with his father, mother and wife. The snap was from the cricketer and Dhanashree’s wedding ceremony, which took place last December. The post clearly showcased Chahal’s emotions, and subsequently, the comment section got flooded with speedy recovery messages.

Earlier, Dhanashree stated that she endured a hard time at the hospital with her parents-in-law fighting the virus. She also urged all the citizens to stay at home in this challenging time. “I was at the hospital and I have witnessed the worst. I’m taking all the precautions, but Guys please stay at home and take proper care of your family,” she wrote.

In another Instagram story, the YouTuber also mentioned that her mother and brother had also tested positive when she was in the bio-bubble during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. While her mother and brother recovered, Dhanashree revealed that she lost her aunt and uncle to COVID.

Meanwhile, Chahal was last seen in IPL 2021, which got postponed midway after multiple COVID-19 cases were found inside the bio-bubble. Having scalped four wickets in seven games, the veteran spinner was far away from his prime in the suspended season, but his side did well. At the time of postponement, the Virat Kohli-led RCB was third in the points table with five wins in seven games.
