But yesterday United had to drop three important points after they lost to a weak-looking team of Newcastle United by 1-0, and after that Chandigarh, born player tweeted a motivational post for his favorite club, and wrote, “Tough times don’t last. Tough men do@ManUtd,”

This tweet of 37-year-old former Indian player caught the eyeball Pietersen and in return, he came up with a hilarious reply to the post of former Indian lad, and said, “No one in Manchester is tough!”

Here is the post of Pietersen:

Once a run machine of England suddenly went out of favor from the English team. Big performances from his willow were never enough for him to get selected in the team, and then after he released out his explosive autobiography in which he wrote many negative things and exposed England’s bad dressing room culture then it looked like the end of his career.

Kevin Pietersen has played 104 Tests, 136 ODIs and 37 T20Is and has registered more than 13,000 international runs across the formats. He is currently on the 5th position in the list of most runs getters of Tests in the history of English cricket.
