This CrickingDuels Fantasy guide is for the match 51 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season which will be played between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). The visitors are being touted as the favourites to win the title and have already qualified for the playoffs. The game is immensely important for Virat Kohli and his men as they are still in contention courtesy of their resounding win over Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). Moreover, the team is boosted by the fact that they will be playing in front of the home crowd.

Kane Williamson will be eyeing to keep the winning momentum going and make sure that the team doesn’t make a mistake of taking any team lightly. It goes without saying that the Chinnaswamy Stadium will be buzzing for this all-important game and the fans will be backing RCB to come out all guns blazing. However, it will not be easy for them to overcome the best bowling attack of the tournament. Here we bring to you the CrickingDuels Fantasy guide for the game:

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH):

Batsmen

Some of the biggest superstars in the shortest format of the game will be clashing on Thursday. There was a lot of confusion while picking the batsmen in the team and I have finally decided not to go with Shikhar Dhawan as he might be dismissed by Umesh Yadav who must be knowing the chink in his armoury having bowled him in the nets. Kane Williamson, Alex Hales, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and Sarfaraz Khan are the five batsmen in my line-up which covers all the basics for me.

There should be no doubt regarding any of the picks apart from Sarfaraz. In his case, I have taken a risk and backing him to score big if given the opportunity to bat up the order or the situation comes where he has to play more balls.

All-Rounders

Shakib Al Hasan is the only all-rounder of Sunrisers who has played all the games so far and he must continue to play. He has been prolific for them and has been economical with the ball in hand especially. Moeen Ali was not picked in the Test squad by England and he will continue to feature in the IPL after doing well in the last few matches. RCB will be happy with the same fact and he is a dangerous batsman while opening the innings.

Wicketkeeper

Well, Parthiv Patel should be the better option here who has been provided amazing starts to his team. He is obviously better than either Wriddhiman Saha or Shreevats Goswami who has almost no role to play with the bat for SRH courtesy of their top order batting.

Bowlers

Rashid Khan and Sandeep Sharma are the two bowlers of the visiting side for me. While the pitch in Bangalore has been turning quite a lot and the former’s variations would pose a threat to the batsmen, Sandeep has been swinging the ball nicely up front. Yuzvendra Chahal is the only specialist bowler of RCB in my line-up as he has found some groove recently and will also turn the ball a long way at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
