MS Dhoni is arguably the coolest cricketer ever to have graced the game and there is no question mark over this statement. Ever since taking India to the inaugural ICC World Twenty20 triumph in 2007, Dhoni has taken India to unprecedented heights and till date remains the only captain in the world to win all three major ICC events.

The ICC World Cup, the ICC World Twenty20 and the ICC Champions Trophy. Over the years Dhoni has been someone who is synonymous with courage and conviction and his life has been nothing short of a fairytale.

From being a ticket collector in 2001 to becoming the World Cup winning captain in 2007, Dhoni has seen it all and that is perhaps the biggest reason behind his calm and composed nature even in crunch situations. Very rarely we have seen Dhoni losing his temper and has always handled his troops exceptionally well and has led them by example.

There has been no bigger match-winner for India in limited-overs cricket and his stupendous record is just a sheer proof of it. To average more than 50 after playing over 300 ODIs deserves special mention.

Former Indian batsman Mohammad Kaif who is among the few cricketers who remain active on twitter more often than not was asked by one of his fans to say a few words about MS Dhoni. “Sir few words about MSD?” tweeted the fan. Kaif quickly took to his twitter handle and described Dhoni in the best possible way.

Kaif who regularly hosts #AskKaif on his twitter handle and answers all the questions from his fans gave a terrific replying calling the ‘Captain Cool’ as the coolest man one can know. Kaif rose to prominence after his heroics in the Natwest Trophy final in 2002. His unbeaten 87 in the final along with a half-century from Yuvraj Singh was instrumental in India chasing down a record-breaking target of 326.
