MS Dhoni and Ziva attack the besan ka laddoo

The father-daughter duo enjoys a ‘beesan ka laddoo’ together.

MS Dhoni since calling it time on his Test career has had some time in hand to spend with his family and especially his daughter Ziva. He was on national duty when she was born and the father is trying to make up for it now in her growing years. Currently, he is enjoying a bit of a break between two series’ as they just concluded the ODI and T20I series against the Aussies and will take on the Kiwis in a week’s time.

With Diwali around the corner, Indian households are full of delicacies, sweets and snack. Though Dhoni is among the fittest cricketers in international cricket at present, his love for food is eternal. Today he shared a video on his Instagram account where the father-daughter duo enjoys a ‘beesan ka laddoo’ together.

He has the laddoo in his hand and both decide to attack it at the same time. The caption along read- ‘Attack on besan ka laddoo’.

Earlier last week Ziva was involved in another awww moment as Indian captain Virat Kohli shared a video with the little girl. The Indian team was in Ranchi for the first T20I against Australia and as is the norm the big man hosted all the boys for a dinner after the game. Virat who is fond of Ziva, and they were talking about cats and dogs.

Becoming a child when around kids Virat himself imitated a cat and had Ziva confused. Watching her innocence he couldn’t help laugh but also relished the moment. He captioned the image- “My reunion with Ziva. What a blessing it is to be around pure innocence ?❤”

The former Indian captain’s next assignment will be the limited-overs tour of New Zealand where they will play three ODIs and as many T20Is against the visitors.
