Dutch cricketer Wesley Barresi took advantage of Nagpur pitch where India and New Zealand played the first game of the Super 10. The pitch was a rank turner and the Kiwis, who batted first, were bowled out for just 126 runs. India, in reply, were bamboozled by the Kiwi spinners who rattled the Indian team for just 79 runs, beating them by 47 runs.
This prompted the right handed batsman to tweet and ridicule the World t20 preparations of BCCI and ICC. The cricketer said if India had played at Dharamshala they could easily get one point as rain would not allow the match to happen.
Besides pitch preparation in favor of India @BCCI I think you would of been better off playing in Dharamsala? Least you share a point! @ICC

The Associates members, did not have a great time in India while playing in the World T20. Barring Afghanistan, all of them have bid adieu the mega event after getting eliminated in the qualifiers stage. The format, which sort of disallowed the associates from getting a chance to compete with big guns, already had drawn lot of flak.
In addition to that, Rains spoilt their chances to qualify for Super 10. Ireland’s matches were marred by rain while Netherlands’ also lost a must win game due to the same reason. Their last fixture against Ireland was almost shrunk to a six over a side match.
ICC associate nations qualified for ICC World T20 after playing a qualification tournament in Scotland and Ireland. But, ICC conducted a re-qualifying tournament in India for low ranked Zimbabwe and Bangladesh along with other Associate nations.
Obviously, for Netherlands, who were the joint champions of the ICC’s World T20 qualifying rounds, it was a big disappointment for them as they weren’t able perform to their potential.
