Netherlands will be hosting United Arab Emirates (UAE) in a 4-match T20I series that will be played across six days in Amstelveen and Hague. Not so long ago, the V.O.R Rotterdam team consisting of Netherlands Internationals and led by Pieter Seelaar won the inaugural European Cricket League T10 held in Spain. A couple of U.A.E players were busy with their stints at the Global T20 Canada till Thursday, two days before this T20I series.

The Netherlands has been good in the T20Is this year having won three out of the five games they played. They lost to Ireland in a T20I when Stuart Poynter hit a six on the last ball. Earlier in June, the Dutch team were involved in a dramatic T20I against Zimbabwe which they lost in the Super Over. On the other hand, UAE lost a 3-match T20I series against Nepal which they led 1-0 a stage and later defeated the USA by 1-0 in a 2-match series.

The 1st game of the four-match T20I series between the Netherlands and United Arab Emirates (UAE) will be hosted by the VRA Cricket Ground in Amstelveen.

The match starts at 2:00 PM local time (7:30 PM IST) (4:00 PM GMT).
