Virat Kohli, the skipper of the Indian national cricket team, has shown stupendous levels of fitness throughout his career. The 31-year-old has a chiselled body and has never dropped his guard as far as his physical well-being is concerned. There was a time when he wasn’t quite serious about his fitness, but gradually he transformed himself and has set examples for many.

In the meantime, he uploaded a video where he can be seen, performing push-ups. However, it wasn’t the basic push-ups. Rather, he was clapping and moving forward even as he was performing the exercise drill. The video was in response to Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya’s recent video where even he did the push-ups. But he didn’t clap while moving forward.

Virat didn’t forget to tag Hardik either. He captioned the video and wrote, “Hey H @hardikpandya7 loved your fly push-ups. Here’s adding a little clap to it.”

In the meantime, David Warner, the Australian batsman, had something on say to Virat. The southpaw lauded Virat for the push-ups and compared it with the latter’s cover drives.

Warner replied to Virat’s post and wrote. “On point like your cover drive boss (thumbs up) @virat.kohli,”

In the last three months or so, Warner was doing a lot of videos on Tik-Tok. He performed on a number of popular Indian songs and caught the eyes of the audience. Most of his followers on the short-video platform are in India. But a couple of days ago, the Indian government decided to ban 59 Chinese applications, including Tik-Tok after 20 Indian soldiers lost their lives in a cross-border fight.

Warner is currently staying at home with wife Candice and their three daughters. He was set to play for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, the tournament had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

He last played in an ODI against New Zealand at the Sydney Cricket Ground back in March. Kohli, on the other hand, was about to play for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). His last competitive match was in the two-match Test series against New Zealand.
