Paarl Rocks share a special tweet for 'magician' Tabraiz Shamsi

With a clinical win over the Nelson Mandela Bay Giants in the penultimate league stage game, the Paarl Rocks have now entered the Eliminator of the first edition of Mzansi Super League. The Paarl Rocks beat the Bay Giants by 6 wickets to set up the Eliminator date with the Jozi Stars. One of the star performers for the Rocks on the day was Tabraiz Shamsi.

The left arm spinner bowled a magnificent spell to keep the opposition batters at bay. Shamsi bowled his complete quota of four overs, and conceded just 15 runs. Also, he accounted for the wicket of Ben Duckett. He trapped the English cricketer lbw in the 8th over of the game. Well, Shamsi is not only renowned for his immaculate bowling talent, but also for his celebrations.

No wonder why the social media handle of the Paarl Rocks seem to be in love with the most recent celebration that Tabraiz Shamsi came up during the match against the Bay Giants. Soon after dismissing Duckett, Shamsi started running in his follow through to celebrate.

He took out a handkerchief from his pocket and turned it to a stick, pretty much a cliched conventional magic trick that the magicians are known for. Well, how the chinaman managed to do so, will remain a mystery. For now, it is safe to assume that the fans and the franchise are loving his game and his celebrations.

A man of celebrations

This is not the first time that Shamsi has come up with a unique celebration. Earlier, he was seen doing a truck driver celebration whilst playing in the IPL and the CPL. Later, he became popular for his shoe-phone celebration that turned out to be quite funny. More recently, he was seen having a masked celebration too. Now, he has turned into a magician, quite literally!
