Days before the start of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022, all the six franchises have boosted their squads even further. The teams picked up additional players and submitted partial replacements for the players unavailable for the first few matches. The list was finalized in a supplementary and replacement draft on Saturday (January 9). Several foreign and local players were picked in the event.

Babar Azam’s Karachi Kings had the first supplementary pick and they added Sahibzada Farhan. The Kings would be delighted to get the batter on board as he bagged the PCB Domestic Cricketer of the Year Award 2021. Lahore Qalandar roped in pacer Mohammad Imran Randhawa after they went second in the opening round.

While Quetta Gladiators reserved their pick, Multan Sultans picked England pacer David Willey. Peshawar Zalmi roped in youngster Mohammad Umar.
