Rahul Dravid graces his presence at Sanju Samson's wedding

Prominent Kerala cricketer Sanju Samson entered the wedlock with his longtime girlfriend Charulatha on Saturday. He had made an announcement regarding their relationship back in September and shared the pictures of theirs on Instagram while thanking the parents of the duo as well. They have been together since August 2013 and have finally got hitched after five years.

Meanwhile, a lot of high-profile personalities graced their presence for the Sanju’s wedding which included India A and U19 head coach Rahul Dravid as well. The pictures of the same are going viral as the former Indian cricketer was seen chatting with the man in the focus and the delight on Sanju Samson and his wife’s face visible. Dravid clicked a lot pictures with their family as well before leaving.

Sanju Samson is one of the most obedient disciples of Rahul Dravid having played under his watchful eyes in the Indian Premier League (IPL) in the early stages of his career. Both have shared the dressing room for the Rajasthan Royals in the glittering competition and Samson has time and again credited Dravid for his success in his career so far.

As far Samson’s current cricketing activities is concerned, he is playing for Kerala in the ongoing Ranji Trophy season. The stylish batsman has scored 198 runs in six matches so far ata not-so impressive average of 24.75 with a couple of half-centuries. He will soon join his team again it seems ahead of Kerala’s next game against Punjab in Mohali.

Though Samson hasn’t done extremely well, Kerala is currently at the second position in the points table in the elite group A and B. They have played six matches and have won three while losing a couple. With 20 points, they are only behind Saurashtra who are sitting pretty at the top with 25 points to their name.
