Rashid Khan wishes Shah Rukh Khan in the best way possible

Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood, is celebrating his 44th birthday today and he has been greeted with accolades from every nook and corner of the country. In the meantime, Rashid Khan, the leg-break bowler from Afghanistan, also wished him. Cricket and Bollywood have shared an exotic relationship ever since the invention of the cash-rich Indian Premier League in 2008.

The veteran actor is the owner of two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) while Rashid has been associated with the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) from 2017 and has already become a fulcrum of the franchise. The 20-year-old tweaker from Nangarhar was among the first two players along with all-rounder Mohammad Nabi to take part in the mega T20 tournament.

Rashid posted his photo along with Shah Rukh. He also captioned the picture and wrote, “Wish you a very very happy happy Birthday KING @iamsrk,”

He is also the owner of the Trinbago Knight Riders in the Caribbean Premier League. Recently, the team led by Dwayne Bravo won the trophy for two consecutive years and the Bollywood Baadshah would have been delighted. The seasoned campaigner was also spotted a couple of times at the Queens Park Oval, which also happens to be the home ground of TKR.

As far as his movies are concerned, the trailer of his latest flick ‘Zero’ came out today and has already turned out to be a massive hit. The movie also stars Virat Kohli’s better-half Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
