India’s tour of the West Indies came to an end with India winning in each of the three formats. The hosts didn’t win even one game in any of the formats and hence, India totally dominated the tour.

Moreover, Ravi Shastri who recently received a two-year extension as head coach bagged another bilateral series win under his belt. Shastri was trolled and criticised after he was re-appointed as India’s head coach. He was brutally trolled on Twitter along with skipper Virat Kohli as the latter got his wish. Kohli has always backed Shastri and the former India all-rounder has been accused of a lot of things.

Shastri has built a reputation of being a big party man. In fact, he always seems to be in a light mood and never shies away from having a drink. He has often been trolled for that as well. Recently, he posted a picture on Twitter which was taken in Antigua.

After India’s win in the first Test, they had a day off and Shastri went around Antigua enjoying himself. He posted a picture with him posing near a beach. He captioned it, “Hot hot hot. Time for some juice. Coco Bay Sheer Rocks Beautiful. Antigua.” However, he was trolled brutally for sharing a picture without a drink in his hand. There were all sorts of memes that were circulated and the tweet’s replies section was filled with the mention about the absence of the drink.

However, Shastri posted another picture after India’s win in the second Test. He went around Jamaica, once again along the beach. This time though the former India all-rounder had a drink in his hand. It was a similar pose and Shastri was dressed in similar style as his previous picture as well. But the difference was the drink.

In fact, Shastri also mentioned it in his caption. He was admiring the drink he had in his hand as the caption read, “Sunny Jamaica. The punch in my left hand tastes divine.

Shastri will soon head back home as India next face South Africa at home. The three-match T20I series starts on the 15th of September which will be followed by a three-match Test series which is a part of the ICC Test Championship.
