Indian opener Rohit Sharma has had a stupendous 2019 across all the three formats of the game. From shellacking the Pakistan bowling unit to the tune of 140 to becoming the first-ever batsmen to rack up five hundred in a single fifty-over World Cup to the taking Test match opening like fish takes to water besides becoming the first India to hit more than 400 sixes in International cricket, the ever-so-stylish Indian white-ball vice-captain is at the peak of his powers.
The 32-year-old is celebrating his fourth wedding anniversary and both him and his manager-cum-wife Ritika Sajdeh are taking to their social media accounts to express their admiration for each other. Ritika- a sport events manager- is a familiar figure. Sajdeh is frequently seen supporting his husband from the stands when Rohit turns up on a cricket field whether it is for Team India or the Mumbai Indians.
Ritika took to Instagram where he wrote a heartfelt message for her husband. She wrote, “Happy anniversary baby ❤️❤️❤️ You’ve always been the one I can turn to for just about anything and I’m so thankful for that. Every high and low we’ve experienced in the last 12 years we got through together. Here’s to exploring the world together with our Cookie Monster Sammy, to terrifying you while walking in cheetah infested forests and helping save the world one animal at a time ❤️”
While Ritika chose Instagram to post her adulation, Rohit took to Twitter where he wrote,”Can’t imagine my life moving forward without you. Nothing can be better than this. I love you @ritssajdeh ❤️😍”

Rohit Sharma and Ritika Sajdeh tied their knot after six years of dating each other. Ritika, who also happens to be a rakhi sister of Yuvraj Singh used to manage Rohit’s cricket engagements as a manager.
The duo was blessed with a baby girl earlier this year. They say that there is always a woman behind the success of a man. I know it sounds like a cliche but speaking with personal experience, it is indeed true, whether it is your mother or your sweetheart, their honest wishes, relentless emotional support, and positive energy do spur you on.
And, if one sees how Rohit’s career has unfolded, especially in the past five-six years, it is fair to say that Ritika has played that role in the right-handers’ life.
