Team India is currently playing the 1st Test of the two-match series against Bangladesh at Holkar Stadium in Indore. The fans have already shown their excitement by buying the majority of the tickets, but there was one fan named Shoaib Ali Bukhari from Bangladesh, who was overwhelmed by a heartwarming gesture of Indian opener Rohit Sharma.

During all practice sessions, the security was very tight looking forward to the craze in fans and the volume of enthusiasts that appear in the home games. So, it made very difficult for Bukhari to watch his team from close and cheer them. Meanwhile, Rohit when came to know about it, the Indian opener met Bukhari and did all the arrangements for his access.

Shoaib Ali Bukhari said that he got a gallery near to Rohit Sharma that helped him to get easy access to the stadium. He also gave a briefing over his chat with the 32-year-old Indian cricketer. Later on, a person sent him upstairs, the other Indian fan Sudheer helped him to reach that area, where he got his access card after verifying his documents and all that was possible because of Indian opener.

“He asked me why I didn’t meet with him. I told him about the tight security here in India. I also told him that I tried but failed due to that tight security. Then he asked about my situation and where I am staying here. After that, a person sent me to the upstairs. Sudhir took me to the place. Their cards were made. They took my picture and passport’s photocopy and told me to come at 4 PM. And when I went at 4 PM, I found my card done,” Shoaib Ali Bukhari said as quoted by bdcrictime.

In further explanation, he also recited that after getting card he didn’t get to talk with Rohit, but will meet him in the hotel. “After getting the card, I didn’t talk with Rohit. I beckoned to him when he was on the bus and said I would meet him in the hotel. He’s an exceptional person. A great personality. He’s a big cricketer but with a great mind.” he added.
