Sachin Tendulkar’s biopic, ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams‘ has been one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. It has been well received by the fans as all of them felt nostalgic while watching this glorious film. More than that it was about watching Sachin on the big screen.

The master blaster held a premier show for the Indian cricket team before they left for England where they will defend their title against the top teams. The entire Indian team loved the movie as they all took to Twitter to tell the world how they felt about it.

Hitman missed the premier

We all saw the group picture of the Indian team with the master blaster but there was one person missing in the frame and it was none other than Rohit Sharma.

Rohit missed an opportunity to watch the film before it was released to the world. Each and every Indian adores Sachin be it the youngsters in the current Indian team or the youngsters who will represent India in the future.

The Mumbai Indians skipper, however, was disappointed as he could not attend the premiere. He took it to Twitter to clear out the doubts. The Indian opener said that he was unfortunate to miss out but was sure that he is just one of those billion fans the God of cricket has.

Rohit also promised to watch it as soon as possible as he couldn’t wait to watch it. He tweeted, “Unfortunately I missed the premier but I’m sure I’m just 1 of more than a billion people who are excited to relive @sachin_rt ‘s life. Can’t wait to watch this one! #SachinABillionDreams @sachin_rt.”

He will look to revive some of the memories from 2013. Rohit was one of the main performers of the Indian team back when they won the Champions Trophy.
