The speedster has established himself as the spearhead of Mumbai’s bowling attack in the domestic circuit.
Groin injury marred Thakur’s Test debut
Thakur, unfortunately, couldn’t make the most of his Test debut, as he hobbled off the field in the early hours of Day 1 in Hyderabad after a groin injury. He nevertheless came back out bravely to bat for India in the first innings. While the speedster recovers from his injury, Sakshi Dhoni shared lovely photograph of her with Shardul on the occasion of his birthday. She posted the photograph on Instagram with the caption, “Happy Bday!! @shardul_thakur lot’s of joy and happiness to you !!”
