The David Warner-SRH relationship has been a major talking point in the world of cricket. Warner was unceremoniously removed as the captain of the side and was even dropped from the SRH playing XI.

And now, Irfan Pathan has offered his thoughts on this matter. Pathan has come out strongly in defense of SRH and said that even when Warner was banned from playing by Australia, it was the ‘Orange Army’ that stood by Warner and supported him.

“Ppl who is questioning a franchise decision about a foreign player should also remember that the same franchise supported him when his own country banned him to play,” tweeted Irfan Pathan.
