Pitch and conditions SCO vs HUR
The strip at Melbourne has not been the most ideal for batting, however, the value for shots has been high. Strange things have happened during the chases, of late, as Adelaide Strikers and Brisbane Heat have been tumbled out for 68 and 115 respectively in the last week. The average first innings score of 166 in the last four games highlights that it is a bat-first track, however, what makes the choice at toss interesting is the fact that twice in these four occasions, a total been successfully chased.
