An impressive Nidahas Trophy for Dhawan

Shikhar Dhawan is currently playing the Nidahas Trophy in Sri Lanka where India is competing against Bangladesh and the hosts in the T20 triangular tournament. He has been in prime form and has been a major factor why India qualified for the Final of the tournament. He has scored 188 runs in four games at an impressive average of 47. Meanwhile, he also has notched a couple of useful half-centuries.

India was thumped by Sri Lanka in the opening game, however, Rohit Sharma‘s men turned the tables and won three games in succession. The Men in Blue now await the winner of the contest Bangladesh and Sri Lanka who will face them in the Final on March 18 at the R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
