Smriti Mandhana takes up the 'Juggle Like a Champ' challenge

Indian opener Smriti Mandhana took up the ‘Juggle Like a Champ’ initiative to pledge her support to the Indian football team ahead of the FIFA U-17 World Cup which will be held in October. India will host the football world cup for the very first time. India being the host, have got a direct entry in the event which will be starting from October 6 to October 28.
In order to show support to the Indian football team, a campaign has been launched on the internet called’ Juggle Like a Champ’ challenge. Many footballers in India have posted their videos and now even the celebrities are joining the trend.
Athletes join the online campaign
The challenge started with Olympic medal winner PV Sindhu, who afterwards challenged actor Sonu Sood. Sonu, after completing his part, challenged actor Shah Rukh Khan, who is yet to take up the task.
Smriti was invited to take up the challenge by badminton champion Kidambi Srikanth. Smriti, on her part, has invited her teammate Harmanpreet Kaur to join the online challenge.
“Well a lot of things have to be right, (like) exposure on TVs. The reporting of the event has to be good and it has to capture the imagination.
