Social media was abuzz in rejoicing with Team India's triumph over England in the Ranchi Test. In the same vein, the ace Indian spin legend Ravichandran Ashwin posted a picture with Kuldeep Yadav and Dhruv Jurel, who stitched a crucial partnership in the fourth Test in Ranchi against England. Meanwhile, former India opener Virender Sehwag took a cheeky dig at England after their defeat.

In one of the most prominent trends, star India batter and former skipper Virat Kohli along with other notable Indian cricketers viz- Jasprit Bumrah, Shikhar Dhawan, Harbhajan Singh, Sachin Tendulkar congratulated the Indian team on their match and series victory.
