Cricketing Trends on Twitter Today

Amidst the fabulous ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) action, Twitter has also been buzzing with tweets from various personalities from the cricketing circle. After Shubman Gill’s maiden IPL ton, the youngster’s supporters celebrated his success on Twitter.

May 16 saw a lot of action on Twitter. Kevin Pietersen posted a video and elaborated on how he was not MS Dhoni’s first Test wicket. Harbhajan Singh took to the microblogging site and congratulated the people of Sikkim on the foundation day of their state. 

Murali Kartik appreciated Saiyami Kher, Pavail Gulati, and Abhilasha Thapliyal for their performances in the web series Faadu. Najam Sethi gave an update on Asia Cup 2023. Brad Hogg suggested Mumbai Indians (MI) to play with two spinners Piyush Chawla and Hrithik Shokeen to add depth to their batting and bowling.
