The Indian contingent, training for their two-match Test series in Barbados, was greeted by young cricket enthusiasts and players after their training session. Star Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj gifted a bat to one of the young visitors as a show of gratitude. The Indian pacer explained the reason behind his gesture, revealing the assistance of the locals in their training session in Barbados.
Siraj also gifted a pair of his shoes to another youngster, while Indian wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan shared a few tips with a young and upcoming cricketer. Indian skipper Rohit Sharma also clicked pictures with the locals, along with the recently married Ruturaj Gaikwad.

Meanwhile, veteran Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin shared his insights on spin bowling with a young Barbados cricketer, who hailed Ashwin as one of the best off-spinners in the game. Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli was also seen signing a shirt on a fan's request, while the fans clicked selfies with the Indian batting superstar from behind the fence.
The Indian team included a handful of local club cricketers during their practice game ahead of the Test series opener, commencing on July 12. Cheteshwar Pujara's omission from the Windies tour might open the door for either Yashasvi Jaiswal or Ruturaj Gaikwad in the starting eleven.
