Iceland Cricket has taken a hilarious dig at the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as they suffered a humiliating 0-3 whitewash in the just-concluded home Test series against England. The Three Lions emerged victorious in the third and final Test at Karachi by eight wickets.

Iceland Cricket took to their official Twitter handle and hilariously put PCB on notice saying that they are happy to visit Pakistan and get whitewashed by a 3-0 margin.  At the same time, they also hilariously assured that Pakistan Cricket Board of scoring at 0.7 instead of 7.0 runs per over.

This funny tweet was posted by Iceland Cricket after the end of play on Day 4 with England only needing 55 runs to register a famous win.

Pakistan suffer their second successive home Test series defeat this year

Pakistan had a memorable year as far as multi-nation tournaments are concerned making the finals of the Asia Cup and the ICC T20 World Cup. But their red-ball performances were absolutely disastrous as they have not only lost two successive home Test series, but have also tasted defeats in four straight Tests.

They had gone down to Australia 0-1 in the home series in March before getting steamrolled by a spirited English unit 0-3. While the Aussies had toured Pakistan after a long gap of 24 years, the Three Lions had visited the country for the first time in 17 years and therefore, questions will be raised on Pakistan's Test cricketing standards.

The Babar Azam-led side now find themselves languishing at the seventh position in the ICC WTC points table and are already out of the WTC final race. All they can do now is salvage pride by showcasing a better performance in the two-match Test series against New Zealand at the National Bank Arena in Karachi starting December 26.
