Preview:
India Under-19s completed series win against South Africa Under-19s as they took 2-0 lead in the 3-match Youth ODI series. After a 9-wicket win in the first game, the visiting team registered an 8-wicket victory chasing mere 120 on Saturday in the 2nd Youth ODI. Yashasvi Jaiswal, who was rested from the first match, came into the 2nd game with a superlative effort with both bat and ball. He claimed a 4-wicket haul as the Protea U19s were limited to 119 only. Later, Jaiswal struck an unbeaten 89 at 150+ strike rate as India completed the chase with more than 200 balls to spare losing only two wickets.
Weather Condition/Report:
Buffalo Park could receive rain after 2 PM local time. If India replicates their 2nd ODI heroics, the match will be finished by that time.
Pitch Condition/Report:
The Buffalo Park was on the slower side in the 2nd match which was evident from how the spin bowlers of the Indian team performed. The first ODI, however, witnessed a flat track which was a fresh pitch. On Monday, a newer track could be delivered and we could see a lot of runs if India bats first at least this time.

Top Picks:
Jonathan Bird came into the series with the reputation of scoring big knocks. He scored 16 runs in the first game while 25 runs in the 2nd ODI and was top-scorer for the hosts. Bird has to score big for SA U19s to have any chance in the match. Atharva Ankolekar now has 19 wickets in the Youth ODI format across seven games only. He has a bowling average of 9.52 and a strike rate of 19.4. The 2nd ODI was all about Yashasvi Jaiswal who scored an unbeaten 89 after taking a 4-wicket haul. He will be dominating once again if given a chance to bat at the top and bowl a decent number of overs.

India Under-19s are expected to complete a whitewash over the South Africa Under-19s.
