South Africa Under-19s are on the verge of getting whitewashed by Pakistan Under-19s in the 7-match Youth ODI series as the visiting team recorded their 6th successive win on the tour. After electing to bat in the 6th ODI, Pakistan U19s were bowled out on the last ball of the 50th over scoring 282. Basit Ali (73) and skipper Rohail Nazir (74) scored half-centuries and shared a 146-run partnership for the 2nd wicket.

Middle and lower order couldn’t make most towards the end but Pakistan got enough runs on the board. The hosts seemed like chasing the total down at 122/1 in the 25th over. However, no batsman from No.4 position scored more than six runs as they were bundled out for only 222. Jonathan Bird scored his second successive ton as he finished with 112 from 106 balls with ten fours and 4 maximums.
