Team India conceded the Test series to England with one more game to go. The hosts completed a 60-run win in Southampton to bag 3-1 series win. The final Test between both the sides will be played at the Kennington Oval from September 7. This will also be Alastair Cook’s farewell Test as the legend announced his retirement after playing the sport for 12 years.

The visitors are most likely to make two big changes in their XI going into the dead rubber. Ravi Ashwin, who is suffering from hip injury might miss the Test giving Ravindra Jadeja a chance. The 18-ywar-old Prithvi Shaw is likely to take the under-performing KL Rahul’s place. Virat Kohli stated that his team will play the final Test with the same intent irrespective of losing the series.
