Sri Lanka PDC T10 League 2020: Squads, Schedule, Timings, Live Streaming and all details you need to know

Sri Lanka is set to become the second full member nation after Australia to witness the return of cricket amid the ongoing pandemic. PDC T10 League is set to commence on June 25 with a total of eight teams to take part in the tournament. The island nation has controlled the Coronavirus effectively with 1946 registered cases and 11 deaths. Currently, 514 cases of COVID-19 are active in Sri Lanka.

Coming back to the exciting T10 League, eight teams are divided in two groups. The first group consist of  – Spartan Heroes, Puttlum Stars, Chillow Warriors and Royal Lions while the teams like Global Riders, Hurricane Blasters, Power Gladiators and Giant Legends comprise of the other group.

All the matches of the competition will be played at Samadhi Cricket Ground in Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka. A total of 46 matches will be played as the teams fight to become the champions. After the league stage, the playoffs will take place with the final set to take place on July 6 to conclude the 12-day competition.

What makes this league more interesting is the participation of the players with international experience. The likes of Ajantha Mendis, Chamara Silva, Nuwan Kulasekara, Asela Gunaratne, Dhammika Prasad, Sachithra Senanayake, Chamara Kapugedera, Thilan Thushara and Ishara Amerasinghe are expected to feature in the tournament. Moreover, even more prominent names are likely to be signed in days to come.
