State Board sends notice to Indian skipper MS Dhoni: The Jharkhand State Housing Board Managing Director Dilip Jha on behalf of the State Board has sent a notice to Indian skipper MS Dhoni over wrong allotment of land, as reported by Zee News. Jha who is the newly appointed Director has issued this notice on receiving several complaints from citizens.
The report says that the Indian ODI skipper was allotted land by the Jharkhand state government in Harmu Housing Colony area. And later he was also given the plot adjacent to the one allotted to him.
Dhoni has been in news for this disputed land in the past, but this happens to be the first incident when a formal notice has been issued in the name of the Ranchi lad, who is busy with his franchise commitment leading the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
As per the references mentioned in the report the method used to allot these plots was incorrect, which raises the question over acquisition of the same plots. And thus the State Housing Board tightening its grip over the issue has even cancelled a few of those allotments.
The officials remained unavailable for their comments as they have been asked to keep all the information regarding the notice confidential and thus have been avoiding interacting with the media.
