Virat Kohli continued his sensational runs in ODI cricket as he struck an unbeaten 96 in the semi-final and shared a century stand with Rohit Sharma to take his side to the Champions Trophy final. Kohli, often regarded as chase master has once again came true to the expectations with an unbeaten knock and went past 8000 runs in the ODI format to become the fastest player to reach the milestone.

13 to 27 – He is the 2nd fastest to score 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th century and the fastest to score 26th and the 27th ton in ODIs.
