Sunrisers Hyderabad face selection dilemma after Bhuvneshwar declared fit

The Sunrisers Hyderabad bowlers have been terrific in the 11th edition of the IPL so far. In their previous two encounters, the bowlers have won them the games on their own through their superb bowling performance. Notably, in both the matches their star bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar did not feature in the playing XI due to the injury. However, the bowlers who got the opportunity to represent the side have bagged the opportunity with both hands.

The team is now set to face Rajasthan Royals who bettered Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede when Krishanappa Gowtham‘s assault won them the match in the final over. The Royals are fresh from their victory and have got a week’s layoff before they take on the in-form Hyderabad.

Bhuvi travels with the team

Interestingly, Hyderabad might find themselves in a trouble selecting the playing XI for the encounter against the Rajasthan Royals. SRH on their Twitter handle posted a pic a couple of days back where they announce they’re ready to take-off for Jaipur for their match against Royals. In the pic was seen SRH‘s Bhuvneshwar Kumar which meant that even Kumar was travelling with the side.

A new headache

Now, this is where the problem of plenty can come into trouble the SRH management. One can not just sit out Bhuvneshwar Kumar out of the team when he is fit, but whom do they sit out? Siddarth Kaul has been performing exceptionally well while both Sandeep Sharma and Basil Thampi were impressive in the games they got the opportunity to play.

Both, Thampi and Sharma picked up two wickets each during the match against the Kings XI Punjab defending the target. Thampi had picked a couple of wickets in just 11 deliveries he bowled during the match against Mumbai Indians.

It will be interesting to see the calls Kane Williamson, Sunrisers skipper takes on their bowling unit who has been lethal without the services of Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
