Evin Lewis has been one of the most explosive batsmen in world cricket. Chris Gayle is at the twilight of his career and Lewis has to shoulder a chunk of responsibility of the batting order. He opens the batting and hasn’t disappointed one bit. In 32 ODIs, the left-hander has racked 968 runs in 32 matches at an average of 34.57 with two centuries and three half-centuries.

Last year versus England, the Trinidadian pummeled the English bowlers with a knock of 176 runs, which also happens to be his highest score in ODIs at The Oval. The 26-year old was also a part of the national team in the ICC World Cup Qualifiers in Zimbabwe in March. His will next play in the Windies three-match ODI series against Bangladesh provided he gets selected.
