Top 10 Batsmen with most ODI centuries on winning occasions: An ODI century is the ultimate joy for any batsman. Throughout the history there have been players who have stood out from the rest and have accumulated these personal accolades and have out-shone their teammates on many occasions. He has recorded 16 centuries in ODIs that his team has won and his average is also above 41. He played ODIs from the year 1997 till 2008. Gilly’s highest score in ODI cricket is 171 runs. He has played 217 ODIs for Sri Lanka and has scored a massive 8301 runs in which is also the fourth highest in the world. 8. Sourav Ganguly (India) – 18 centuries: Sourav Ganguly. Tillakaratne Dilshan (Sri Lanka) – 18 centuries: Tillakaratne Dilshan. He started playing ODIs for Sri Lanka from the year 1999. His best score is 161* and his average is an impressive 50.21. 6. AB de Villiers (South Africa) – 20 centuries: AB de Villiers. ABD, as he is known, has been one of the most consistent performers for the Proteas in the last few years. His average is a whopping 67.22 and his high score is 162*. He has scored 6050 runs when his team has won in 125 ODIs since 2005 till today. His strike rate of 106.43 is second only to the Indian opener Virender Sehwag in ODIs with most team wins. 5.
