We’ve got some great batting performances in this season of the Big Bash League (BBL). 5 centuries and 59 half centuries have been scored throughout the tournament. It has been a season which has had some even contest between the bat and the ball. Here we have the top 5 run getter in this year’s Big Bash League.
5. Travis Head (Adelaide Strikers) 299 Runs

The talented left-handed batsman has produced some earmarked performance with the bat in this year’s BBL. The middle order batsman went on to score 299 runs at an average of 40.71 in BBL5 and thus ending up as the highest scorer for Adelaide Strikers. The youngster has time and again received accolades for his talent. This season of the BBL has played an integral role for him as a future prospect in the Australian team.
